A luxury craftsmanship at the service of the finest French leathers.

Since 1999, Guibert, a luxury Parisian saddlery has been supplying demanding riders with bridles and harnesses of exceptional quality. Quality, design, refinement and practicality are fundamental to Guibert.

Our equestrian origins insist that we strive for excellence. The four tanneries that we have chosen, who over time have become true partners. The know-how, patiently acquired, is noticeable at first sight. The leathers are natural, full- grain leather, elegant with a deep color and sensual touch. With time a delicate patina develops because high-quality leathers last and become embellished.

RIDER PROFILE CAMILA LASTRILLA

“In polo, you see some horses naturally collect themselves and others that prefer moving with their necks stretched out. There's no force involved to "collect" each and every horse. There is great respect to allow the horse to settle into their most comfortable form in order to perform at their best.”

Creator of Praderas Polo and manager of Globalport polo tournament tell us how she lives, breathes and sleeps dreaming of polo.

The Horses of China
by Yin Hung Young
Published by‎ Homa & Sekey Books
1st edition (November 20, 2020)

Through showcasing the chronicled history of China’s horses, equine art, equine sports, horse breeds and traditional Chinese equine veterinary medicine, complemented with 100+ pictures, this book reveals the philosophy and wisdom of Chinese civilization. The role of the horse is expounded upon in its new journey following the collapse of China’s imperial dynasties, for the world s fastest distance-running quadruped had undoubtedly helped to build the country historically.

Yin Hung Young is a Hong Kong-born rider and a former consultant to the British Equestrian Federation. She was inspired to write The Horses of China following a visit to breeder friends in Kentucky. The book is devoted to her lifelong hobby and is an endeavour to document the fragmented but interesting facets of Chinese equestrian life current and historical and to promote horse rights in China. This is her first book.
